1. VLE Support Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide training and guidance on using the CSC portal and services.
  • Monitor performance and resolve any service-related issues.
  • Assist in onboarding new VLEs and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or service-oriented role is a plus.

2. Digital Service Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of government and digital services through the CSC portal.
  • Ensure timely processing of applications (e.g., FSSAI, PAN, Aadhaar).
  • Assist citizens in using online government services and guide them through the application process.
  • Handle service queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital government services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Customer Service Executive

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for various digital services offered at Bangalore CSC.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service outcomes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

4. Training Program Facilitator

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for VLEs, citizens, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
  • Develop training materials for various digital services and government registrations.
  • Track progress and provide feedback to trainees.
  • Update training content as new services and technologies are introduced.

Requirements:

  • Experience in teaching or training, particularly in digital services.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with government services like FSSAI registration, PAN applications, etc.
